Job Description
  • Contribute stable monthly achievement of funding team target
  • Inform and educate Lenders about the company’s products, services and special offers
  • Acquire and onboard new lenders pipeline with great potential to become long term premium lender
  • Increase investment size of existing lenders that potentially become power lenders
  • Streamline complaints/ issues and gather support from relevant functions (Operations, Customer Experience, Product etc) include but not limited to: lender dashboard, portfolio, investment activities and many more)
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from any major with at least 2 years of working experience as Relationship Manager or relevant positions from Banking/P2P Industry
  • Business english proficiency both oral & written
  • Have strong network & contact books of potential premium lenders segment; able to bring new lenders to Amartha
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self starter with strong problem-solving attitude, customer-driven mindset and service excellence
  • Based in Jakarta
