Executes flight movement alerts, transmission of shipment information and preparation of flight documentations, Rectifies and follow up with network on non-conforming shipments
Main Responsibilities
Prepare paperwork for CAL and Network flights
Provide information to airlines relating to weights and lodgment times, Chase up delayed or missing material by liaising with airlines
Investigate tracing requests, manifest flights and other aspects of exports
Maintaining of pre-printed HUID labels with profile
Provide movement alerts and support in general ops paperwork and OPS administration requirement
Manage shipment in Held
Update damaged/lost-content shipment in security system
Requirement
- 1 year in logistic or transportation experience preferably in an Operations domain
- Communication in English (verbal and writing)
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree holder
- Willing to be placed in Soewarna Business Park, Tangerang
