Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Continually strive for improvement in their proficiency
- Develop, implement, maintain, and oversee enforcement of policies, procedures and associated plans for system administration and user system access based on DBS group standard
- Supervise and track overall activities of IDM and parameter and maintain coordination with regional IDM team
- Develop relationships with users and other units; ask for their feedbacks and provide feedbacks to the other units for purpose of enhancing the quality of service
- Provide assistance in relation to classifying the efficiency level at work, determining and developing the qualification of units.
- Update themselves regularly on current ID management best practices
- Aligning with DBS Group IDM initiatives
- Develop strategy to enhance the motivation at work
- Lead IDM and Parameter team to ensure daily operational BAU and project related activities monitored, tracked and completed in a timely manner
- Ensure proper documentation for IDM and parameter related activities maintained accordingly
- Ensure all local initiatives and regional driven initiatives monitored, tracked and implemented in a timely manner, also communicated regularly to IDM regional team
- Ensure IDM and parameter related regular reports submitted properly and in a timely manner
- Ensure data request for internal or external purposes including audit, regulator request, etc, submitted within timeline
- Review audit finding and ensure the action items to close the findings tracked and completed accordingly and in a timely manner
- Participate in issue or incident investigation which related to IDM and parameter
- Maintain operational configuration of all IDM activity with DBS Group IDM Initiatives
- Ensure strict adherence to the Bank’s policies and procedures when processing and granting user request for access and information
- Respond to queries from user or other units and conduct follow-up tasks where required
- Ensure IDM and parameter services level are met and maintained properly
- University degree in the field of computer science and/or 5 years experience in management team
- Experience in managing people management
- Familiarity with IT System
- Extensive experience with enterprise’s IT security in banking industry, especially related to access management area of focus
- Working experience with IDM process and IDM audits and assessments
- Familiarity with IT Banking SDLC
- Working technical knowledge of AIM, Cyber Ark and ADUC
