- Overseeing end-to-end HR function, from recruitment to termination, as well as the general affairs function
- Report and advise the organization on how to develop and maintain talents within the company
- Overseeing HR matter for all of the company's business line
- Support other functions within the company in their human resources needs
- Designing and updating compensation and benefit scheme, as well as performing job analysis and competency setting
To be considered as a successful candidate, you are required to have:
- Minimum of 10 years in HR function, 5 years in the management team
- Certification for human resources function (Eg: CHRP, CHRM, etc.)
- Master's Degree in Psychology or Human Resources function is preferred
- Ability to communicate in English
- Previous experience in sales or retail industry
- Previous experience in working in Multinational Company
- Experiences in handling talent management, organisational development, and recruitment
- Up-to-date on Indonesia's current labor laws
