Job Responsibilities
- Data input into E-claim system
- Book cash - bank journal
- Maintain petty cash and bank account (reload cash in bank, reimburse to staff)
- Document filing
- Communicate directly to internal members as needed including to expatriates
- Reconcile cost between manual and system
- Other responsibilities as needed
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Min. Diploma degree in Accounting
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 1 year as Accounting and Finance function (petty cash, journal, document filing, reconciliation, etc.)
・Knowledge required including accounting process, tax standard & regulation
・Excellent Excel skill and proficient in using MS Office applications
・Able to join less than 1 month notice
・Committed, good interpersonal skill, good communication skill, diligent and detail oriented
Preferable Skill / Experience
・Experienced in doing accounting in project
・Experienced in using Navision
