About the Company:
A leading retailer is expanding their business in SEA, is looking for Country Manager to manage Thailand/Vietnam/Cambodia market. You will be managing the strategy, retail operations as well as coordination with Brand Principals.
Key Responsibilities
- Create annual strategy in alignment with both Principal and the compan to ensure the maximum revenue and profitability of the business
- Propose CAPEX in order to grow the brands business. Review and approve OPEX to ensure maximum cost-saving
- Ensure compliance with ythe daily, weekly, monthly reporting requirements from Brands and the company
- Analyze the business and reports and create strategies to address issues and shortfall (e.g. inventory management, cost management, CAPEX, expenses
- Guide Retail Operations by conducting business. Ensure retail operation leader escalate operation team’s knowledge on procedure,
- Oversee HR recruitment & compensation benefit for all positions and do alignment with the company guidelines.
- Review and propose any store development related activities (e.g., refurbishment, concept change, expansion, etc.) to ensure the maximum profitability
- Education – Bachelor’s in management or any other related majors
- Experience – Min. 15 years experience with deep expertise in fashion / sport retail, understanding of market in related Country
- Special skills – Merchandising, forecasting, analytical, retail operations, strategic thinking
