Job Description
- Review and approve ITP of all architectural works
- Ensure checklist is available and used for inspection with correct criteria
- Conduct witness inspection with Contractor based on the approved ITP
- Ensure all materials and workmanships are as per the specification
- Attend Client & Consultant inspection and meeting as required
- Generate & present weekly QC plan
- Generate daily & weekly QC report
- Validate As-built drawings
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Architectural (preferred) or Civil engineering
- Min. 8 years experience including min. 3 years as QC
- Those with “SKA Madya” is preferred
- Must have experience in construction of data center / high rise building / factory / fitting-out project
- Conversant with related Codes & Standards
