Job Description

We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic & driven CRM Manager to join our team. The job holder’s portfolio will include designing, implementing and optimizing our e-CRM tools - this will include merging current tools and datasets into one system.

You will be the day to day owner of our Customer and Lead databases when it comes to managing segmentation and external customer communications through WhatsApp, Email, SMS, Line and more.

You will build out automated customer journeys and also build automations to support our internal sales teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage, maintain and segment our customer/lead databases in MoEngage
  • Develop, implement and manage customer engagement processes to drive lead generation, engagement and retention
  • Analyze data from all campaigns, delivering insight reports and detailed analysis around customer segments change and cohort behaviors
  • Work with Brand Marketing, CX, Loyalty and other teams to assist in building out content for all campaigns and regular optimize CTAs and communication layouts based on analytics
  • Work with our Product and Sales teams to drive customer journey improvements through the full customer lifecycle
  • Drive extensive analysis of performance on all channels, optimizing spend vs engagement
  • Build and manage campaigns with messaging to customers or clients customized according to their segmentation and activity profile
  • Lead and analyze A/B testing to optimize engagement.
  • Monitor competitor campaigns to inform and shape the client’s future strategy and tactics.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years’ experience in a CRM role, with proven success in developing and implementing CRM strategies.
  • 2+ years of Hands on CRM system usage, including building details analytics and automations
  • Experience of delivering ROI analysis on all activity
  • Deep understanding of Segmentation, how to build it and how to use it to deliver results
  • Able to build out content
  • Bachelor’s in Marketing or related (or equivalent experience).
  • Proactive, self-starter and a team player, confident working in collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • You’ll be analytical and have a process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • You’ll also have strong Excel skills to interpret data insights and report back to the business.
