Responsibilities of the job include
Customer Service
- Serve as primary point of contact for all customer inquiries received via email and phone.
- Manage customer support and have attention to detail. Can track, report and analyze feedback from our users
- Responsible for prompt customer follow up in writing or on the phone ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.
- Partner with appropriate internal teams to process customer requests.
- Contributing to quality procedures, standards of website
- Writing management/technical reports and customers' complaints
- Investigating and setting standards for quality of website
- Recording and reporting errors in processes in website
