Responsibilities
- Make input to BAAN for every transaction related to AP Non Affiliate which documents are valid and complete, including Expense claim of employee
- Expected Goods and Expected Invoice follow up for non-Affiliate.
- Advance payment report and follow up.
- Payable non-affiliate valuation and report.
- Salary deduction report to be submitted to HR dept
- Archiving and maintaining supplier invoice document files and the supporting documents properly.
- Support for Finance & Controlling daily activities (e.g.clean environment, substitute tasks required).
- Support for other reports when it is required
- Support for internal and external auditors (Financial, Custom and Tax).
- Familiar with Finance and Accounting transactions
- Solid understanding of accounting standard.
- Super time management skills and detailed orientation
- Candidate with at least 1 years' experience in similar role
- Experience with relevant software applications
Degree in Finance / Accounting / Management.
Language
As a foreign language for this position, fluent in English is essential (speaking / writing).
Location & Traveling
Positon based in Jakarta with regular traveling to visit all significant company operations
