Record and analyze all financial, accounting and tax transactions on a daily basis in accordance with the company policies and accounting principles, such as PSAK and IFRS. * Input daily journals into the financial system so can be used for documentation of the monthly closing process (General Ledger, Balance Sheet, Profit/Loss, etc.)
- Create, prepare reports, and pay monthly taxes in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with applicable tax rules and regulations.
- Create and prepare financial reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of data presented in monthly reports, quarterly reports, mid-year financial reports and annual financial reports in accordance with company data and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare documents and periodically match bank statements so that no deviations between the financial data listed in the system and the nominal stated in the bank statement.
- Process and analyze all company debt payments accurately and on time to control the company's cash flow.
- Periodically checking documents and matching bank statements so that there are no deviations between the financial data listed in the system and the nominal stated in the bank statement.
- Prepare domestic and foreign project payment implementation processes (including project development costs and milestone consultants) along with payment journals to be approved by superiors.
- Provide and analyze data and informatioMMin in the form of weekly reports for the parent company, so that updated and accurate data is available.
- Keep the finance hardcopy documents include supporting documents, so that they can be easily retrieved when needed
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position
- Having good skill related Accounting Control, Account Payable Management, Tax Regulation, and Financial Analysis
- Have a good communication and interpersonal skill
- Good command in English both verbal and written
