We are looking for a dynamic consultant who can assist in finding the best talents for our clients business, create strategies, and build as well as maintain client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as HR, marketing, business, communications, psychology, or others.
- Relevant experience as a consultant or recruiter;
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia both written and verbally;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good teamwork along with achievement orientation;
- Interviewing skills, sound judgement, and ability to work with targets.
- Identify prospective clients and foster long-term relationships;
- Understand client requirements and their company / working culture;
- Evaluate candidate competencies and aptitude;
- Source and shortlist candidates from multiple resources and using multiple tools;
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates;
- Interview candidates and identify their fit to the role requirements;
- Able to strategize and conduct business development to grow client portfolio;
- Create comprehensive report / overview of candidates skills, background, and achievements to present to clients;
- Ability to achieve targets.
