Job Summary
- Responsible for computer hardware, software, peripherals and involve on IT infrastructure
- Software application project - have basic knowledge in programming
- Onsite support is the second point of escalation for the resolution of desktop or laptop related incidents, service requests and connectivity issues
- Resolves and closes IT incidents/service requests as per help desk procedures & allocated timelines
- Complies with QHSE and IT policies
- Meet and liaises with users, other Schlumberger IT support groups and third-party providers when necessary
- Conducts hardware and software maintenance support
- Troubleshoots and resolves PC incidents and/or VIP requests
- Involve on IT infrastructure, DS and ES project
- Assist ES (enterprise support) team when network maintenance is required (Network Devices - Router, Switches, MPLS, Internet Link Connectivity
- Monitoring IT KPO and monitoring PTI (performance time index)
- Presents and educates IT Technology/Solutions, methods, and tools to users in order to increase efficiency

Minimum Job Qualifications
- Associate degree in computer related field or equivalent education/work experience is preferred
- Experience working with O365
- Experience of Microsoft collaboration tools with MS Teams
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, and related network services (i.e. DNS, SMTP, DHCP, etc.)
- Knowledge of Active Directory concepts and administration
- Experience working with laptops and imaging laptops
- Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform
- Knowledge in Programing and Database (SQL Server)
- Experience in the administration, support, and management of Server (Windows)
- Good understanding of network IT security
- Good understanding of server management tools / process
