Job Description
- Conduct daily outbound calls or meeting for constructions professionals (foreman, contractor, architect, etc)
- Guide regular onboarding that consist of product knowledge and regulation
- Manage general administrative tasks such as managing data entry & daily report
- Justify tender documents suitability from project leads (Check, Adjust, and Document Cleaning)
- Distribute project leads to all feasible partners who are ready to take the project
- Clarify and negotiate with partners along the tendering process to secure tender
- Evaluate and summarize all tender to a single spreadsheet format to be compared
- Weekly site visit to ensure construction worker's output, quality, and progress
- Undergraduate students from Civil Engineering or Architecture degree (preferably in late semester or fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Have a good public speaking skills and no problem facing external stakeholders
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel or equivalent
- Have basic knowledge on AutoCad software
- Understand basic of construction management
