Job Description
- Driving project implementations with both internal and cross-function key stakeholders
- Analyzing and identifying key business challenges for each key project through various different operation data to derive insights and solutions
- Liaising with program delivery members and providing suggestion or solutions to unforeseen issues when needed
- Conduct post-project implementation analysis to ensure that the completed project has met the project objectives
- Driving policies and SOP into action, timely identifying and tracking issues in the team and project management, outputting solutions and optimizing workflow.
- Providing strong support to knowledge management and facilitating internal sharing
- Solid track record of working at consulting firm (from the Big Four accounting firm will be a plus point)
- Demonstrated exceptional project management skills
- Demonstrated strong professional presence and relationship management skills, experience in communicating to internal & external stakeholders across all levels
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize them and meet deadlines
- Strong data analysis skills (ie. evaluate metrics, forecasts)
- Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a fast-paced environment (ie. tech start-ups, e-commerce, consulting, and other related environments)
