- Design marketing plan by identify focus winning industry for the branch
- Obtain profitable results by increasing Branch lending and funding portfolio
- Manage branch's NPL portfolio by maintain credit quality of the branch
- Manage sales team by developing team through directing, evaluating and motivating
- Responsible on branch staff fullfilment as per budget
- Ensure all Branch activities in according with guidance by manage, monitor and control branch daily activities
- Ensure all credit administration comply with internal and external regulation
