- Manage incoming sales inquiries, coordinate services team responses, and create proposals for customers
- Work closely with the partners to maximize project value
- Conduct and coordinate discovery sessions, working with presales architects and consultants in some situations
- Negotiate rates, project costs, terms, and statements of work (SoWs) in collaboration with the regional services manager
- Provide booking forecasts
- Ensure that appropriate delivery associates are involved in validating the scope of engagements with your local services delivery manager
- Participate in account strategy sessions
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
- Thorough experience selling strategies and developing proposals, contracts, close plans, and statements of work (SoWs) for professional services
- Experience working in a customer-facing position as a professional services consultant or in a related sales position
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills and consultative selling skills
- Industry transformation vision and the ability to explain technical topics
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, application development, and infrastructure
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Established sustainable network of customer relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
