As a People System Improvement Intern, you will be working under the People Management team, your responsibility will be maintaining the employee database in majoo.
What you will do * Collecting, inputting and updating employee database
- Ensuring the employee database are updated accurately
- Translating the employee database into descriptive data (for career path, individual development plan, etc needs)
- Providing daily reports to the People System Improvement Supervisor related to any update or issue
- 1. Bachelor degree majoring in management, business administration or psychology from reputable university
- 2. Attention to details or data-oriented person
- 3. Familiar with Human Resource Information System (HRIS) i.e Darwinbox
- 4. Ability in operating Google Workspace (spreadsheet, docs, slides)
- 5. Basic skill in administration skill
