Job Descriptions
- Identify, approach, and acquire potential driver partners for Big Fleet only (Pickup Box, CDE, CDD, Heavy Truck)
- Manage the performance of 2 Driver Field Sales, who will support you on drivers acquisition
- Execute drivers activation activity (setup daily activation comms, setup weekly drivers incentive mission, order assigning activity when necessary)
- Maintain Drivers response rate and order fulfillment
- Provide insightful daily & weekly performance report of drivers acquisition, onboarding, and fulfillment activities
- Collaborate with related departments to boost driver leads, supply, and fulfillment (Marketing, Business Development, CX, etc)
- Graduate from reputable university
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in logistics operations
- Having an experience in sales operations is a plus point
- Familiar with Google Spreadsheets and reporting
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Able to meet the target determined by company
