As our next Assistant / Sales Manager, you will :
- Work with Assistant Director of Sales and Sales Marketing Team to create and implement a sales plan with strategies to achieve budgets and sales targets
- Actively source new business via strategic sales calls
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients
- Create sales collateral and campaigns to promote our venues, packages and specials
- Research and reporting on competitor analysis and market trends
- Administrative duties including but not limited to compiling proposals and contracts, maintaining a database, regular sales reports and end of month reporting (ANAIS)
- All aspects of event coordination including but not limited to being the point of liaison for the client for all their event needs, creating event orders, invoicing, and to ensure the event details are effectively communicated to the client and internal Departments
What we are looking for:
- Polished verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Experience in a similar role within a 4-star resort or hotel is desirable
- Confidence, positivity and a go-getter attitude
- Previous experience with Government Segmentation will be advantage.
