- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale
- Able to maintain existing and new close business relationship and develop these accounts to reach the maximum trading potential
- Conduct market research to know the current trends, and to come up with strategic plans
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university
- Minimum of 10 years working experience and 5 years in managerial position preferably in International Freight Forwarding/Logistics
- Extensive knowledge in Logistics/Supply Chain/Freight Forwarding/Custom Clearance etc
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Good oral and written skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
