- Your main responsibility is to review and assess the due diligence and their credit history of new potential and existing clients
- In charge of giving credit recommendation to the Credit Approver team in any arrangement on credit proposals and applications
- Making sure that all of the analysis reviewed are all complied with the guidelines within the Credit Policies and any other country's regulatory requirements
- Monitoring team standards while being time effective to align any growth in within the department
- Being able to travel across Indonesia to conduct branch visit in order to communicate new internal or external regulations or standard of procedures and to make sure that all implies all across the company
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics or Business Administration from overseas or reputable local universities. Master's Degree is a PLUS
- A minimum of 10 years of working experience in the financial services industry within Banks or Multifinance companies managing Automotive portfolio
- Demonstrated experience of strong level of ethical leadership with strong track records
- English is a MUST
