- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information System, Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum 30 years old.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as IT Manager in Manufacturing company.
- Fluent in English is a must (written & spoken).
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
- Strong work motivation, result & target oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skill & analytical thinking.

- Coordinate with other departments in determining the systems, applications & technologies needed to support the company's growth.
- Find and modify the required technology products with related vendors (software, hardware, latest machines, and other technology devices).
- Monitor and evaluate program implementation according to deadline.
- Other related tasks as assigned.
