Job description: * Leading and managing the day-to-day operation of the HR Department.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Creating and maintaining a harmonious relationship between the company and employees
- Resolving industrial relations issues, including representing the company to court
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Creating strategy and execute talent management and develop program for whole organization.
- Design, develop and review Job Description, KPI, SOP, and company policies
- Collaborate with all Departments Head to ensure the company objectives are met
- Talent Acquisition, People development, training, organization structure review, onboarding, and assessment.
- Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Career development, mutation, promotion & demotion.
- Manage payroll and compensation benefits.
- Manage employment life cycle, including but not limited to keeping proper database, performance management, compensation & benefit management (inclusive of BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and any other relevant benefits).
- Monitoring HRIS development & implementation
- Working closely with management to aligning business objectives with employees and act as a reliable partner on human capital issues.
- Recruiting and interviewing potential applicants on experience, skills, and knowledges
- Educate and train all employees on organizational behavior, policies and procedures to guarantee that understanding is affirmed
- Performance Appraisal Monitoring.
- Support the completion of employee probationary and annual evaluations.
- Having experience in an EPC/Construction/Manufacture company will be a huge plus,
- Active English communication (speaking and writing),
- Any majors is welcome to apply, preferably coming from HR/Psychology.
