Who are we looking for?
The Business Analyst role will form a part of the Merchant Development team, within the Market Development Team. This position will be responsible for creating a strategy for select merchants and be instrumental in helping identify new business opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in developing relevant value propositions and GTM plans, and tracking performance against objectives.
What will you do?
- Identify strategic opportunities through a strong understanding of segments, and customer’s business needs
- Work closely with strategic partners to finalize the proposals & agreements
- End to end Project management toward execution of the customized account strategy for selected partner accounts
- Manage the allocated accounts to increase the Indepay revenue/ market share
- Building and managing relationships with clients & stakeholders.
- Define KPI’s, and measure their performance periodically suggesting corrective measures
- Work independently with cross-functional teams across marketing, Product, Market research & technology
- MBA with Engineering Degree from the premier institute
- Experience up to 3 years mainly in the Financial Services/ Payments industry
- Payment domain knowledge and a background in an early-stage consumer-facing product company is preferable
- Excellent analytical, Written, and verbal communication skills, interpersonal & presentation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders
- Demonstrated track record of implementing strategic initiatives
- You preferably have published and/or presented papers on a prestigious platform
- You have successfully led volunteer initiatives at different levels, in college or your organization.
- Define, adapt, and implement the business processes and measure their effectiveness to improve further
