As part of our team, you will:
- Startup Project Director for big / critical / complex Projects in Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ) Market
- In charge of the engagements with customer during project setup
- Coordinate different project managers for scope/technologies & guarantee one team behavior
- Guarantee the Project setup to ensure timely delivery & profitability of the Project as per the agreed business case
- Setup project as per standard delivery model, solution & execute process
- Ensure Sales to delivery handover including complete checklist verification
- Study the customer contract, understand customer process including acceptance & Change management. Ensure any gaps are clearly identified, closed with customer sign off
- Project scheduling with key milestones and deliverables
- Project Organization ramp up, setting up project governance & Q2C setup
- Execute agreed procurement & logistic strategy together with respective stakeholders
- Re-validate and update risk management plan from business case for the project
- Start execution of the projects till Permanent Project Director / team in place
- Ensure Project execution within Costs, time & quality to customer satisfaction
- Ensure proper handover of the project to permanent project Director and team
- Support Project recovery, continuous improvement of delivery models and best practice sharing
- Act as Project Execution Owner (PEO) in Tricorn model for cases where no existing delivery team
You have:
- Min 5 years+ experience as Project Director in Large / Medium Projects
- Radio Rollout Experience
- Multi country / cultural experience will be an added advantag
- Strong Project Scheduling and dependency management capabilities
- Capabilities to define Program management plans
- Executive level presentation preparation and presenting
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Experience in working with digital project management platforms
- Driving organization and process Changes experience
