Due to team expansion within the finance and accounting transformation team, they are now seeking the next set of managers/supervisors to lead and take on the challenging and fast-paced world of management consulting.
Currently, we are looking for a Financial Accounting expert who will be leading a strong team of talented individuals that typically has past experience in working on strategic projects and business process improvement within finance.
In this position, you will be expected to act as a touchpoint and advise and liaise with senior stakeholders onthe client side such as Finance Directors, CFOs, Head of Accounting & Finance, as well as solve unique and challenging problems and develop innovative solutions.
The ideal candidate should have experience in the finance field as listed and be passionate about working on end-to-end projects.
Responsibilities
- Drive finance and accounting business process analysis and design
- Collect, analyze, identify issues, and initiate solutions related to process improvement
- Coordinate and deliver multiple financial transformation projects
- Collaborate and advocate cross-functionally on strategic development
Academic Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in finance or accounting
Functional Competency: Strong knowledge of finance and accounting-related activities particularly in fast-changing surroundings
Experience: The chosen candidate will have direct experience in finance, having experience in project management, business process, or having work experience in management consultancy related to finance is desirable. Able to communicate easily with Indonesian and foreign stakeholders.
