About the Department

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Job Responsibilities

- Minimizes our exposure and risk on implementation in UAT and Production Implementation.
- Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.
- Ensure implementation phase running well using SVN & ALDON application.
- Ensure input privileged user id accomplished according to approved clausul.
- Work effectively and cooperatively with administrators, staff, users, project consultants and vendors.
- Supporting troubleshoots problems including installing new applications and networking.
- Implement upgrades and assisting users to solve software problems.
- Produce monthly report for Change Request.

Job Requirements

S1 Graduate
Ms Office Basic to Advance
Strong analytical and communication skills
Willing work together cross department and Group (SG Team)
Strong motivation for learning
