Job Purpose
The purpose of this job is to manage & introduce the portfolio of all Adjacent Category products and activities so that the brand maintains a competitive healthy equity and grows profitably
Key Accountabilities
To support Head of Marketing in development and implementation of the SESA Interior paints strategy
Regional Product portfolio network (Interiors) - provide input to SESA strategy development and planning and implement agreed priorities and activities
Country Marketing Team - actively build and drive the SESA Interior agenda including product launches and communication activities, ensuring alignment with Brand architecture and delivery of KPI's
Key Activities
Giving active input on country specific trends, needs and insights on Interior paint to ensure that product platform stays relevant and compelling to the consumer
Supporting regional Interior projects by actively contributing country's information
Contribute and participate in the SESA Insight Generation process
Initiate and/or participate in market research on concepts and feedback to Regional
Manage the implementation of the SESA brand architecture and manage any related implications (migrate, phase out, re-name, launch) with minimum disruption to the business
Monitor and analyse costs and price movements. Make price adjustment recommendations based on local information
Work with Supply Chain for the phase in/phase out of stock as well as demand planning
Together with Sales implement, monitor and course-correct price strategy and channel strategy

Bachelor degree in business
Minimum 6 years in a marketing role and experience in managing product portfolio
