- You must possess Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Accounting
- At least 3 years of working experience in Accounting & Finance supervisory level is required for this position
- Experience in mining company
- Excellent interpersonal skills and good command of communication skills
- Experience in financial data processing using Microsoft Excel & ERP system and SAP Software
- Good financial analysis skills (P&L, BS, Working Capital, and Cash Flow)
- Good understanding of Indonesia Tax Regulations & practices
- Willing to work in Kedoya Utara Jakarta Barat
- Willing to work at Saturday (half day)
- Able to do business trip
- Able to join ASAP
- Manage daily transactions, including AP / AR, general ledger, bank reconciliations
- Organizes financial data (bookkeeping, maintenance of records for audit) and ensure the complete finance documents ( invoice, bank receipt)
- Input, review, and check the daily expense reimbursement documents, cash advance & settlement, and inspection of all financial accounting documents
- Monitor and execute all financial activities within the established procedures in order to ensure timely and accurate Payment
- Assist in month-end closing, prepare journal entries as necessary, include preparing schedule of Balance sheet accounts
- Prepare & Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly Reports.
- Maintain customs transactions and doing checking, reconciles bank, payable, deposit , advance supplier, petty cash and the appropriate recording of bank and cash transactions.
