About the Role
We are looking for a Finance Bank Ops Manager (Lending) at Fazz. This role will be responsible in cash utilization and process improvement within lending operations
What you'll do
- Responsible in banking operations within the company
- Managing cash budget and allocation
- Oversee the process within the team and improve process
- Ensure all cash movement are recognized and able to provide a detailed report to ensure an accurate information to Finance Reporting team
- Prepare weekly and monthly report for lending ops financial performance
- Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting
- minimum 5 years experience in Finance with prior managerial level experience
- Demonstrated ability to form, lead and develop high-performing teams
- Ability to work collaboratively across department functions within multinational environment
- Proactive and focus on process improvement
