Job overview and responsibility
- Led and mentored a team of software engineers, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and code reviews.
- Involved in system design discussions with the Head of Engineering.
- Involved in incident management, mainly in proactive and preventive initiatives.
- Drive technical projects.
- Contribute technically to the team by owning services, improving code quality, improving the development process, and building operational excellence.
- Work closely with the product management team & business team on product requirements and review.
- Hands-on in Golang for at least 3 years
- At least 5 years of working experience as a backend engineer;
- Having experience as a manager is A MUST
- Be able to handle OKR/ KPI
- Having knowledge of system architecture
- Advanced knowledge of Go.
- Have exposure to architectural patterns of high-scale web applications.
- Have experience with distributed storage and database systems, including SQL or NoSQL.
- Have a systematic problem-solving approach and knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and complexity analysis.
