Responsibilities:
- Execute & deliver promotional campaign across CRM platforms, examples but not limited to email, rich push, or push notifications, and in-app notifications on timely manners
- Create engaging copy on Push Notification, Inbox and Email platform
- Analyze success of email and push campaigns and use this to develop longer term strategy
- Coordinating with relevant stakeholders in the organization
- Meticulous and displays a sharp eye for detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Able to work to set briefs with strict deadlines
- Able to take ownership of work Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
- Be familiar with CRM platforms is a big plus (Braze, MoEngage)
- Be proficient in excel and data analyzing
- Bachelor Degree from Information System, and ability to create/edit HTML emails is a plus
