Job Description
- Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Meet sales goals by actively selling and training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
- Implement business strategies suggested by Marketing team to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
- Hiring, training, and overseeing promoters
- Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
- Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Interior Design or relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years experience working in interior design sales or Built-in kitchen sales, ideally in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in store operations, marketing coordination, and sales achievement.
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
- Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation.
- Strong Customer management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa.
