- Having technical knowledge about Wireless Network Technology especially Aruba/Ruckus/Cisco Enterprise.
- Handling Second level support for technical issues on Wireless Network products.
- Installing, implementing, troubleshoot, problem solving for project and supporting an enterprise’s users.
- Collaborate with another departments related to project plans, customer prospects, and ongoing projects.
- Handling several subordinate and supervise First level Engineer
- Responsible for fulfillment team certification
- Male with Max age 30 years old
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer & Technology
- Related 5 years experience with the same position
- Experienced in implementing routers and switches will be an advantage
- Having technical knowledge about the deployment of WLAN in enterprise environments (Aruba/Ruckus/Cisco).
- Have Cisco/Aruba/Ruckus certification is an advantage.
- Good in interpersonal skill, communication and able to work as part of team
- Able to work independently with strong initiative and problem solver attitude
