- Ensure timely response related to service request from stakeholders related to mechanical, electrical and plumbing works
- Manage technical service performed by outside contractors in accordance to the contract and service agreement
- Ensure inventory of part, tools, and supplies to support operational need are well prepared
- Create annual energy reduction plan in order to support energy saving projects
- Manage building and environment licensed related
- Establish and maintain professional efficient and effective communication with all department
- Min. 2 years experience in the same position and 4 stars international hotel or high risk building
- Highly motivated, sound communication skill and team player
- General K3 (OHS) certified is preferred
- Familiar with building and environment licensed related is advantage
