The successful applicant should have extensive experience in the Specialty Chemical sector, especially handling Personal Care segment. He/She should have strong market knowledge and connections with the key players in the market.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 7 years working in the Personal Care segment
- Demonstrated distributor management skills
- Fluency in English
- Strong business acumen
- Able to work under minimum supervision
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and developing long-term relationships with partners
