- Has minimally 3-years experience as Tax Manager to supervise minimally 3 subordinates
- Has Tax Brevet A,B,C certificate
- Has deep understanding regarding Transfer Pricing (TP) Docs. matter.
- Has deep understanding for tax litigation process (Audit/Objection/Appeal/Supreme)
- Has strong analysis and reporting skill in excel and PPT report.
- Has working experience where English is the main communication language
- Lead tax section operation to meet monthly SPT report (WHT 21/23/26/4(2)) compliance
- Lead activity of monitoring new tax regulation, assessing and implementing into operation
- Lead activity of monthly tax management report and tax reconciliation
- Lead tax section operation in arranging Annual SPT CIT report and TP Doc report
- Liaise with tax auditor to response any audit requirement
- Lead tax litigation process (Objection, Appeal, Supreme) and report the progress/result to management
- Advise any tax related issue in business operation.
