Panagora is currently seeking technical experts to work on the anticipated Indonesia Health Technical Assistance Project II (Bantu II/ Dua). Bantu II/Dua will identify, recruit, hire, administer and support qualified individuals and organizations to provide short or long-term technical assistance as needed and requested by USAID Indonesia’s Office of Health in support of the goals and objectives of USAID/Indonesia and the Government of Indonesia (GOI) in the context of the 2020-2025 Country Development Cooperation Strategy (CDCS) in which USAID and the GOI are partners and co-investors.
The Bantu Dua project will provide specialized, high-level technical assistance to USAID, USAID-funded programs, the GOI (e.g., the Ministry of Health (MOH), National AIDS Commission, Indonesian Commission for Hospital Accreditation, etc.), parastatal organizations, sub-national government (e.g., district health office), non-government organizations (NGOs), civil society organizations (CSOs), academic institutions, and other research institutes as required.

Preferred requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field, advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum seven years of relevant experience in one or more of the technical areas listed above.
- Prior experience working with donor-funded programs, preferably USAID projects involving technical assistance.
- Prior experience with public health programs in developing countries.
- Proven communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in English required.
