- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK (atau sederajat)
- Dalam masa perkuliahan diperbolehkan
- Menguasai operasi Windows dan MS Office dasar
- Menguasai penggunaan internet dan berbagai platform aplikasi
- Memiliki komunikasi yang baik dalam layanan pelanggan dan manajemen pelanggan
- Memahami data numerik dan kualitatif
- Dapat bekerja secara proaktif dan fleksibel
- WAJIB MENGUASAI BAHASA INGGRIS (MINIMAL BAHASA INGGRIS PASIF)
