Job Descriptions
- Build & develop Driver Operations Intercity Division
- Manage and execute acquisition strategies for big fleets (Van, Pickup Box, and Engkel Box)
- Ensure high fulfillment rate for intercity delivery
- Collaborate with other related departments to ensure the best delivery experience
- Assess, develop, and refine intercity delivery drivers SOP
- Execute smaller cities expansion in the mid & long term
- Handle vendors related to fleet management
- Minimum 3 years experience in related fields (long haul logistics)
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Have a good understanding of business operations in long haul logistics
- Good communication & interpersonal skill
- Have passion & grit in develop new business line
- Data driven initiative and execution
- Experienced in working with Tableau Google Workplace and Excel
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
