- Prior experience launching products into Indonesia market
- Experience in Consumer Goods industry is a must
- Brand management responsibilities from strategies to executions. Introduce & Launch the products to the Indonesian market
- Grow the company's brand and image in Indonesia
- Work closely with company to achieve the company's direction
- Formulate yearly business plans based on HQ yearly plans and directions
- Effectively manage marketing budget and effort
- Manage, control, and implement the approved Annual Marketing Plan
- Work closely with the legal & BT Team to ensure compliance with the local regulatory
- Planning and organizing production schedules and work closely with regional team
- Assessing project and resource requirements
- Work closely with sales team to ensure achieve company goal
- Identify the best media investment that can maximize brand exposure
- Manage all digital & social media marketing
- Submit and consolidate monthly reports
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent is required
- At least 5 years experience in brand management roles in Consumer industries
- Able to be hands on and develop innovative ideas for the company from scratch
- Good Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Self motivated, decisive and analytical
