Sebagai Senior Medical Representative, Anda akan mewakili Novartis terhadap para dokter (HCP) untuk mendapatkan kesempatan dalam market Cardio Metabolic.
Tanggung jawab Anda termasuk, namun tidak terbatas pada:
  • Mempromosikan portofolio dan pelayanan Novartis dengan menyediakan data, pesan utama, dan informasi penyakit terbaru, relevan dan resmi kepada pelanggan yang tepat dan pada waktu yang tepat, untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan para Profesi Kesehatan serta mengoptimalkan hasil pasien dengan cara yang sesuai kode etik.
  • Memanfaatkan semua sumber data yang tersedia dalam membuat, memprioritaskan secara dinamis, dan menyesuaikan wilayah yang relevan dan rencana keterlibatan pelanggan.
  • Mempertahankan pengetahuan yang mendalam dan terkini tentang industri, area terapeutik, kompetitor dan dinamika buyer dan memfokuskan upaya pada peluang pelanggan prioritas.
  • Memanfaatkan keterampilan terhadap keterlibatan pelanggan dalam memberikan interaksi customer berkualitas tinggi dan memaksimalkan pengalaman customer untuk kepentingan pasien.
  • Berperilaku sesuai kode etik, mematuhi persyaratan peraturan dan mematuhi nilai dan perilaku Novartis.
  • Pelaporan keluhan teknis / kejadian buruk / skenario kasus khusus yang terkait dengan produk Novartis dalam waktu 24 jam setelah diterima Distribusi sampel pemasaran (jika berlaku).
Persyaratan utama:
  • Memiliki gelar sarjana S1 dalam berbagai disiplin ilmu.
  • Minimum 2-4 tahun pengalaman kerja sebagai sales dalam industri farmasi.
  • Memiliki pengalaman terhadap produk Cardio Metabolic atau dokter Spesialis/Cardiologist di area Jakarta terutama di Jakarta Selatan dan Tangerang Selatan.
  • Memiliki pengalaman dalam pengoperasian aplikasi Microsoft Office.
As the Senior Medical Representative, you will represent Novartis to approach HCPs to gain opportunities for Heart Failure market.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Promotes Novartis portfolio and services by providing the latest, relevant and authorized data, key messages and disease information to the right customer at the right time, to support HCP decision making and optimize patient outcomes in an ethical way.
  • Leverages all available data sources to create, dynamically prioritize and adapt relevant territory and customer engagement plans.
  • Maintains a deep and current knowledge of industry, TA, competitor and buyer dynamics and focuses effort on priority customer opportunities.
  • Leverages advanced customer engagement skills to deliver high quality customer interactions and maximizing customer experience for the benefit of patients.
  • Behave ethically, comply with regulatory requirements and adhere to Novartis values and behaviors -
  • Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt -Distribution of marketing samples.
Minimum requirements

Persyaratan utama:
  • Memiliki gelar sarjana S1 dalam berbagai disiplin ilmu.
  • Minimum 3 tahun pengalaman kerja sebagai sales dalam industri farmasi.
  • Memiliki pengalaman terhadap launching produk baru dan listing formularium rumah sakit lebih diutamakan.
  • Memiliki pengalaman dalam pengoperasian aplikasi Microsoft Office.
What you'll bring to the role:
  • Graduated in bachelor degree (S1) in any field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales working experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in new product launch activities and hospitals formulary listing is desirable.
  • Experience in operating any Microsoft Office applications.
