- Conducting recruitment processes (Interview, candidate calling, etc.)
- Manage Payroll
- Maintain relationships with other employees
- Understand the rules of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and Kesehatan, Ms. Office.
- Understand and master the assessment, Labor LAW
- Able to work with priority scale, risk management and able to cooperate with all parties
- Multi-tasking
- Able to create and revise company regulations
- Perform jobs tasks in general such as filling documents, correspondence and other
- Willing to be assigned out of town according to company needs
