Job Responsibilities:
- Planned tasks for a group of software engineers and conducted code reviews.
- Aid in recruiting and interviewing new talent for the organization
- End-to-end Reverse development and Focus on coding and debugging while taking part in the complete application lifecycle.
- To create functional web applications, write clean code.
- The capacity to lead initiatives swiftly from conception to completion and outstanding analytical and decision-making skills
- Drive technological initiatives and exercise leadership in a dynamic environment.
- Make that the team develops software that is high-quality, consistent in its architecture, and adheres to operational best practices.
- a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related subject, or an equivalent degree an overall working history of at least 8 years, with expertise working with startups, particularly in e-commerce
- Worked in a setting resembling a startup with a lot of ownership and dedication
- Strong project management skills are needed to oversee complex projects. You should also be able to coordinate and manage many internal and external stakeholders.
