Source and manage all required inventory for Shipper brands. Including organising international importing and exporting. Working closely with the Finance Manager to ensure inventory movements are optimised for best service, lowest cost options. Good understanding of the import export process for SEA and preferably EU/US
- Source and manage required inventory for Shipper brands
- Organising smooth import export for B2B and B2C processes
- Discover profitable suppliers and initiate partnerships in Indonesia or overseas
- Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
- Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements
- Maintain procurement records
- Lead and manage purchasing operations, policies, and procedures
- Develop new vendors and maintain relationships with existing vendors both local and overseas
- Take the initiative on the purchasing strategy to achieve targets and make decisions on procurement process
- 2 - 3 years experience as a Procurement
- Strong understanding of the import export process for SEA
- Good knowledge of suppliers in Indonesia and some overseas
- Experience in collecting and analysing data
- Fluent reading / writing in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Good understanding of the import export process for EU/UK/US
- Good understanding of eCommerce principles
