Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential business opportunities and convert them into long-term profitable partnerships
  • Take ownership in end-to-end sales process and be responsible of revenue budget
  • Ensure a healthy sales pipeline and implement sales strategies to achieve sales objectives accordingly
  • Build new and nurture existing relationships with clients
  • Ensure that deliverables and solutions are are submitted and delivered in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams both within the country and regionally to support regional sales operations team
Be part of a rapidly growing company within a thriving sector|Get the chance to lead the sales team for the Indonesian operations

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or any relevant fields
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales roles within the IT industry - experience in colocation will be a plus
  • A proven track record in solution selling to FSI, Public Sector and Enterprises
  • Experienced in leading a team, coaching team members accordingly
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills - both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Ability to speak in Mandarin will be a plus
  • Proactive, hands-on and self-starter attitude
