- Identify potential business opportunities and convert them into long-term profitable partnerships
- Take ownership in end-to-end sales process and be responsible of revenue budget
- Ensure a healthy sales pipeline and implement sales strategies to achieve sales objectives accordingly
- Build new and nurture existing relationships with clients
- Ensure that deliverables and solutions are are submitted and delivered in a timely manner
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams both within the country and regionally to support regional sales operations team
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or any relevant fields
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales roles within the IT industry - experience in colocation will be a plus
- A proven track record in solution selling to FSI, Public Sector and Enterprises
- Experienced in leading a team, coaching team members accordingly
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to speak in Mandarin will be a plus
- Proactive, hands-on and self-starter attitude
