Position Description:
This position will be responsible for overall management and development of all
aspects of HR and Talent Management for the company, including:
- Recruitment and Selection
- Learning and Development
- Talent Management
- Management of the HR department
- Compensation and Benefits positioning
- Employee Relations
- Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals
- Administers or oversees the administration of HR programs including, but
disputes and investigations; performance and talent management;
productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety;
and training and development.
- Take a lead role in transforming and strengthening the organizational
- Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best
- Facilitates professional development, training, and certification activities
- Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes,
compliance and strategy needs.
- Managed overall company payroll and salary tax reporting.
- Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review
information system (HRIS) or talent management system.
- Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with local
reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and
employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in
policy, practice, and resources to upper management.

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related
advantage.
