Main Function
Leading the 4 pillars of cyber security: blue team, red team, SOC & ID Management, serving as an organizational expert related to cybersecurity protection, detection, response, and recovery.
Responsibilities and Main Duties
- Monitor all Security operations and infrastructure.
- Maintains all security tools and technologies.
- Monitor compliance with internal and external policies.
- Monitoring regulatory compliance.
- Work with different departments within the organization to reduce risks.
- Implementing new technologies related to Cybersecurity.
- Audit policies and controls on an ongoing basis. Ensuring cyber security stays on the organization's radar.
- Ensuring cybersecurity stays on the organization's radar.
- Details a security incident response program.
- Minimum 8 years of work experience as a Security Engineer, Security Analyst or related position.
- Have managerial work experience and lead the security team for at least 3-4 years.
- Preferably have work experience in the financial industry.
