Job Description
  • Responsible for rendering secretarial and clerical services for the Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • To perform special task as required by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • To take down and transcribe the minute of meetings.
  • To prepare correspondence such as fax, letter, memo, complimentary voucher request, etc as assigned with a coding system for tracking.
  • To open and dispatch mail that relates to the department.
  • To maintain office supplies stock.
  • Input data into computer system as required and organizing the filling system of the Division.
  • Organize the recording system for all in-coming and out-going correspondences as well as incoming telephone calls and faxes.
  • To handle the leave application records of all sales team members such as sick, annual leave, public holiday.
Work Experience
  • To keep herself acquainted with the Director of Sales & Marketing’s activities in order to assist in discerning priorities as well as assist other sales team members whenever necessary.
  • To prepare respective schedules and reports that will be internally distributed or submitted to ACCOR Head Office or any relevant companies.
  • Assist in the packing of materials when required, eg. Hotel brochures, sales kits etc.
